Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please reach out to Monduo's customer service for guidance and to obtain a return address. Please note that refunds are not provided for products acquired through other channels, such as distributors or retail partners. If you receive a defective unit, it falls under Monduo's coverage.
Kindly inspect your order upon receipt; if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us immediately. We will assess the issue and rectify any errors. In some cases, Monduo customer service may request a copy of your credit card or PayPal purchase receipt, along with the original Monduo invoice, before authorizing the return. Non-quality-related concerns do not qualify for returns.
If you experience connectivity issues, please don't hesitate to contact customer service for assistance. Once customer service confirms a product's quality problem, it can be returned and exchanged. Returns unrelated to quality require the customer to cover the return shipping fees.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return, in accordance with the Return Policy criteria.
A confirmation email will be sent, and the refund will be credited back to your initial payment method. Be aware that your bank or credit card company may need time to process and finalize the refund after we initiate it.
Customers are responsible for prepaying all return shipping expenses. After the returned goods are received, they will undergo inspection by specialized personnel.
Should a quality issue be identified, we will refund the shipping cost and the full amount of the purchase. If the issue is not related to quality, additional shipping costs will be incurred.
The shipping fee typically ranges from 40 to 70 US dollars, contingent on the specific country.
Please ensure that the product remains unopened and undamaged. If the product's condition affects its potential resale, a refund cannot be granted. Monduo retains the right to decline refund requests if the received product is damaged or lacks accessories, materials, or original components.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $45 per item.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with the return service. Any charges arising during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the customer's responsibility.
