Delivery Issues

In the event that a package cannot be successfully delivered to the designated shipping address due to factors attributed to the customer's lack of cooperation (such as an incorrect shipping address or an absent recipient), or if the customer declines to receive the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Monduo) at the customer's own expense.

For customized products, returns are not accepted. In such cases, the customer will be contacted to provide a corrected address for reshipment.

Any additional shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Receipt of Items Despite Tracking Showing Delivery
