Monduo provides a one-year limited warranty policy for defective Monduo units.
And a 30 Day Limited Warranty for Cables.
We assure that, within the warranty period, the Product (as defined below) will be devoid of defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship under normal use for the specified Warranty Period (as defined below), subject to the terms outlined in this limited warranty.
It's important to note that we do not warrant, nor are we responsible for, laptops or other devices made by entities other than Monduo Limited. The duration and remedies of all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose, are confined to the extent of this express limited warranty.
Who is Covered by This Warranty?
This limited warranty is exclusively applicable to the original consumer ("You") who purchased the Product from us or an authorized Monduo dealer, except where prohibited by law. It is extended solely to the original end-use customer and does not extend to any other individual or transferee.
What Does This Warranty Address?
This Limited Warranty encompasses defects in manufacturing, materials, or workmanship in the Product during normal use for the specified Warranty Period, subject to the conditions stipulated in this limited warranty. Within this period, we will repair or replace, at no cost, Products or parts that are found defective due to improper manufacturing, materials, or workmanship.
How Long is the Coverage Valid?
The Limited Warranty remains effective for a duration of 1 year from the original purchase date. Your order confirmation, indicating the purchase date, serves as proof of your purchase.
Cables are covered by a 30 Day Warranty.
Exclusions and Limitations; What Isn't Covered by the Warranty?
Apart from the remedies expressly detailed above or as restricted or prohibited by applicable law, the entire responsibility for the quality and performance of the Products rests with the customer.
The customer also bears the entire cost of repair should the Products prove defective post-purchase. Additionally, this Limited Warranty, besides other disclaimers, does not cover defects or damage caused by: (a) transportation; (b) storage; (c) improper or unreasonable use or maintenance; (d) failure to follow product instructions; (e) modifications; (f) unauthorized repair; (g) normal wear and tear or the natural aging of the Product; (h) cosmetic damage like scratches, dents, and broken plastic or screen, unless the failure is due to a defect in manufacturing, materials, or workmanship; (i) damage resulting from use with non-Monduo products; or (j) external factors such as accidents, abuse, or other unforeseeable events beyond our reasonable control.

- Order number
- Brief written description of the issue
For any action under this Limited Warranty, you need to possess an original, dated receipt as proof of purchase. Properly pack the product, preferably in the original packaging, for shipping.
